Proofs are returned to the client within 1-5 days of the shoot. The turnaround time for final edited images is between 5-14 business days from when the client selects the images to be edited, unless rush edits are purchased (1-3 business days).
Extra edits requested outside the initial package will be serviced after the original packaged photos are returned.
Free creative shoots do not have a strict time limit, but typically have a 1-2 month turnaround time.
Rescheduling is free depending on availability. If I am free on your requested date, there is no charge. If my schedule is booked and I need to make special accommodations to squeeze you in, there will be a $100 rescheduling fee.
The raw photos naturally look gorgeous straight out of the camera, but editing includes color correction, blemish removal, stray hair removal, and sky replacement if needed. I DO NOT do body modifications. Please ensure your wardrobe is properly sized.

I recommend a total of 2-4 people for outdoor shoots. Large groups tend to pull focus away from the actual pictures, and we end up capturing fewer shots than planned. However, it's completely up to you—bring the whole family if you want!
For indoor studio shoots, please limit your guests to 2-5 non-participants.
All photoshoot bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. However, if you need to cancel and notify me more than 72 hours before your scheduled shoot, you are eligible to receive a 50% refund on your deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the shoot are not eligible for any refund. Edited work that has been delivered is also non-refundable due to the time, resources, and creative effort invested.
The only exception to this policy is in the case of unavoidable "Acts of God" (such as natural disasters, severe illness, or other unforeseen emergencies that prevent the session from taking place). In such instances, I will work with you to reschedule or issue a credit at my discretion.
